Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• The loyalty points program (the “Program”) is available to all registered customers who book services through our online platform or mobile app.
• Customers must have an active account in good standing to participate in the Program.

Earning Loyalty Points

• Non member customers will earn 175 loyalty points for every half hour booked and paid for, 350 per every full hour.
• Hours must be booked through the official platform to qualify for points.
• Points will be credited to the customer’s account within 24 hours of the booked session completion.

Redeeming Loyalty Points

• Customers are eligible for 1 free hour for every 10 hours booked and completed (i.e., 3500 loyalty points).
• Free hours can only be redeemed through the booking platform and are subject to availability.
• Redemption of free hours must be requested at the time of booking.
• Free hours are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

Expiration of Loyalty Points

• Loyalty points will expire if not redeemed within 12 months of being earned.
• Expired points cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

Program Restrictions

• Loyalty points cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
• The Program is limited to individual accounts and cannot be shared or pooled between multiple accounts.

Program Modifications and Termination

• The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes to the Program will be posted on the official website and will take effect immediately.

Fraudulent Activity

• Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the manipulation of bookings or misuse of the Program, will result in the forfeiture of all loyalty points and potential account suspension or termination.

Disputes and Errors

• Customers are responsible for reviewing their loyalty point balance regularly.
• Any discrepancies must be reported to customer support within 30 days of the booking date.
• The company’s decision regarding point allocation and redemption disputes is final.

Limitation of Liability

• The company is not responsible for any technical issues or interruptions that may prevent the earning or redemption of loyalty points.
• The company’s liability is limited to the value of the unredeemed loyalty points in a customer’s account.

Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates.
