New Booking System Upgrades

We're excited to share a major upgrade to the Shotgun Golf experience: we've officially moved from USchedule to our new booking system. This transition gives our golfers across the GTA a faster, cleaner, and more flexible way to book time at any Shotgun Golf location.

Below is a full breakdown of what's new.

Memberships and Packages – Now Dollar Credits

One of the biggest improvements in the new system is how memberships and packages are handled.

Previously, Shotgun Golf used a ½-hour credit system. With the launch of the new booking system, we've converted all existing credits into dollar-value credits, based on the exact price and date on which they were originally issued.

This change makes your balance:

• easier to understand
• consistent across locations
• flexible for all bay types and times

All conversions have already been completed and applied to your account.

Monthly Memberships Are Now Available

Memberships can now be purchased and auto-renewed monthly. This gives golfers more flexibility and predictable billing without annual commitments.

Your existing membership — including perks and discounts — has already been transitioned into the new system.

Shotgun Golf App Discontinued (For Now)

With the migration to the new booking system, our previous app is being temporarily discontinued. A new, rebuilt-from-scratch Shotgun Golf app is already in development.

In the meantime, please delete the old app. All booking functionality is available directly through shotgungolf.ca/booking. The mobile site is faster and much more reliable than the former app.

Gift Cards Now Available Online

You can now purchase Shotgun Golf gift cards directly through Square: app.squareup.com/gift/MLBVHY4XDANVV/order

Gift cards can be used at checkout for booking simulator time, memberships, or packages.

Note: Your old gift cards will no longer be functional – email us at [email protected] to redeem the remaining value of your gift card directly to the account of your choosing.
